The project will be led by ECU Center for Sustainable Energy and Environmental Engineering in partnership with multiple centers and organizations in NC.  This includes Waste Reduction Partners, NC Department of environmental Quality, NC Clean Energy Technology Center, and NCSU Industry Expansion Solution.

Environmental and Energy Management

This project aims to reduce pollution, conserve water, and save energy through lean and green practices in the food and beverage processing, chemical manufacturing, and metal manufacturing and fabrication industries in North Carolina.
The project provides on-site P2 and Lean Diagnostic Assessments, on-site energy audits of specified systems, regional workshops, on-site training workshops, and one-day training workshops in P2, lean 100, and environmental and energy management.
